LODGING DEPOSIT POLICY: (If booked via VRBO/Homeaway)    

WINTER: Full payment is due at the time the condo is booked if booking is within 60 days of arrival.  Bookings prior to 60 days of arrival must pay the $200 Security Deposit (plus taxes and VRBO/Homeaway fee) at the time the condo is booked.  The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

WINTER LODGING CANCELLATION POLICY:  30 days or more prior to arrival: Net refund less $200.00:  29 days or less prior to arrival, all funds are forfeited unless the condo is rebooked.  If rebooked, you will receive a refund for the net amount rebooked less $200.00.  (“Net” refund and amount indicates the amount that the owner received from vrbo/Homeaway.)  The refund will not exceed the net amount paid by the renter.

OTHER INFORMATION:

MINIMUM NIGHT STAY: 3 nights during regular season / 5 nights during Christmas/New Years holiday period /  4 nights over President’s Day weekend,  MLK weekend, and Easter weekend.

DAMAGE (SECURITY) DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT:  $200.00.    This Damage Deposit is used to cover any damages, extra cleaning, lost keys, lost parking permits, telephone charges, fines assessed by the HOA due to renters misconduct, etc. during your stay.   The Damage Deposit amount does not limit the renters liability.  An entry for the unused balance of the Damage Deposit will be entered within 10 days after departure if our unit has not incurred charges, damage,  or other losses.       

DISCLAIMER: Condo owner will not be held liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from errors made by tour operators, travel agents or transportation companies.  Further, we will not assume responsibility for loss, delay or expense caused by weather, strike or other circumstances beyond the control of condo owner.   An attempt will be made to provide equal accommodations or upgrade at no additional charge increase if maintenance issues occur.   Rates are subject to change without notice, and are subject to availability.  Quotes are subject to change or cancellation until deposit is paid.

The amount of the Security Deposit does not limit your liability related to the use of our condo. One person must be in charge of payments, check-in, be the primary guest occupying the condo, and must be at least 25 years old.

Booking our condo indicates that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the information contained within this section of this website.  You must also agree to limit the number of guests to no more than the number indicated in your inquiry or you will be subject to forfeiting the balance of the Security Deposit.

THIRD PARTY ACCESS TO THE CONDO: Condo owners (or their representative), HOA representative, and Housekeeping Company representative have the right to enter the condo between 8 AM and 5 PM and at other times if an emergency is deemed to exist.

CONDO AND COMPLEX POLICIESNO SMOKING within the Miner’s Candle complex.  NO MARAJUANA use within the condo.

KEYS & PARKING PERMITS: Guests must return ALL keys and parking permits at check-out or be subject to a $50.00 charge per item not returned.

CHECK-IN:  4:00 p.m.   CHECK-OUT:  10:00 a.m.        

MAID SERVICE:

A Post Departure cleaning fee is included with each reservation.  Stays of 12 or more nights require at least one Mid Stay towel/linen exchange and related fee.

Other cleaning and/or guest services are at additional cost, possibly including:

Mid Stay – linen/towel exchange + light cleaning = $110/occurrence

Daily – towel exchange + light cleaning = $70 per day

Towel – towel exchange + trash removal = $35 each occurrence

LAUNDRY: The Laundry Room is located at the North end of the building.  You will need your unit key for access.  Washers and driers take quarters.

PARKING: Leave a parking permit on each vehicles’ dash while parked in the Miner’s Candle lot.  If guests have 2 vehicles they must be parked one in front of the other.
